IOTMemory' SilvoFlash^TM (Single low voltages Flash) has advantage in low power consumption, low Vdd, and cost saving, which is available used in embedded Flash. SilvoFE^TM (Single low voltages Flash + EEPROM) has advantages in small bitcell and less mask layer, which is available used in eFlash+eEEPROM, eFlash or eEEPROM.

SilvoFlash^TM and SilvoFE^TM are ideally suitable for portable and wearable devices, e.g. Low Power MCU, IoT, smartcard and etc.
