SilvoFlashTM Technology Overview

SilvoFlashTM refers "Single low voltages Flash, which utilizes the advantages of NOR Flash technology with floating-gate structure to enable Flash operation under a true single low voltage. SilvoFlashTM is an ideal solution for code storage & parameter setting, designed in consideration with power, cost, memory density, and chip size to fit customers' requirements.

     - FG-FG spacing is screened by ground power. No cross coupling issue.

Small System Footprint
SilvoFlashTM technology makes MCU function with wide range Vdd at 0.9V~1.65V, 1.35V~1.65V, 1.6V~3.6V and etc.. Thus SilvoFlashTM can help to take out some LDO & passive components(resistance, capacitance, diode...) to reduce power consumption and system footprint. Besides, the low Vdd feature of SilvoFlashTM enables MCU operate at 0.9V~1.65V by a single button cell or AAA battery, which make system footprint smaller and then have more elgant/compact product design.
